As new technologies transform industries and change the nature of work, employers are evolving how they source, develop and deploy talent in response. Similarly, education and training systems – the supply side of human capital – are being impacted by a combination of evolving public policy priorities, new technologies, and new business models focused on improving learning efficacy, ensuring affordability, and enhancing equitable access. To invest successfully, an understanding of these changing dynamics and the associated opportunities and risks is required. This is Excolere's distinctive advantage.
